The problem
Two burners on a Pitt Cooking integrated system had become unreliable to light, with repeated clicking before ignition. Salt air exposure was suspected.
What we did
As an authorized Pitt Cooking service provider we sourced the correct igniter electrodes and burner components directly. We found corrosion on the electrodes and partial blockage in the gas orifices. Both were replaced, orifices cleared, and every burner tested for clean, even ignition and flame quality.
